Very early invasive strategy in patients with non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTEMI-ACS) does not improve long-term clinical outcomes compared to standard invasive strategy, except in high risk patients with a Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events (GRACE) score > 140, who show significantly improved outcomes with a very early invasive strategy as compared to standard care.
